You don't need a special receiver. You can use a standard FM radio receiver.

-How long the shipment takes?

All items are shipped within two business days. Delivery usually takes 5-15 business days, depending on the destination.

-Why is the operating range constantly changing?

Please note that operating distance and signal quality depend on various factors, the most important of which are sensitivity of the receiving FM radio, receiver antenna, location and particularly height of transmitter, buildings and other obstructions between transmitter and receiver, atmospheric conditions and other nearby radio station transmissions.
